I am happy with Super Nanny's service. Nanny is well trained and experienced. Aunty Lee Moy is very particular about baby wellness. All the steps to clean, feed and preparing of milk are done properly and hygiene. She is caring and patient and responsive to baby's need. She is also supportive and will share with me some advice about breastfeeding. Plus, she is also patience, hardworking and she love kids. Sometimes she will help us to take care of our elder son or cook dessert like red bean soup for him. Meals are customised based on our request. Beside confinement food, she cooked soup or tofu dish for my son. Taste are good, not oily.

Aunty Bee Hwa is very good in handling my newborn and in term of hygiene, can tell she very experienced, She is polite & easy going, cooks very tasty confinement food too, She would also encourages me to breastfeed my girl & latch at times. I am very satisfied and have learnt quite abit from her. She is excellent and this is really a good session for first time mom.

Nanny Karen is amazing in handling baby. She is super confident and knows what is to be done and expected out of her. She understands baby cues so well and helped changing baby schedule and sleep pattern drasti-cally. We have had 3 nannies in the past but Nanny Karen was exceptionally the best in all ways. Extremely hygienic and strict with cleanliness. She is very kind, caring, loving, helpful and always told us funny stories and experiences. Always smiling and jolly person. She knows her job very well and always gave us so many useful tips and advices. She helped us in giving suggestions for baby shopping and sharing shopping links. She is very trustworthy and extremely organised person. She made sure that everything around baby is very clean and tidy. It has been such an incredible and wonderful experience knowing Nanny Karen and watching you help our baby girl, Nysha grow in every way. We truly admire the way you loved and took care of her, from even smallest to big things. We know it is not easy to look after an infant, but you seem to make it so relaxed whether its feeding, latching, sleep, bathing, laundry, cleanliness, general care, etc.

Very good service overall and definitely a reliable place to get confinement nanny rather than taking risk on your own to get from private ones. Nanny Hue looked after my first and now my second child. She is a responsible and experienced nanny that I'm sure my baby is in good hands while I'm asleep. Mummy has a bad experience with her freelance confinement nanny for her first child. Nanny Hue with their 2nd baby and family. Their first son now 4 years old was also taken care by Nanny Hue.
